How to use
Using the barbell brush, brush mousse upward through brows to tint and texturize.
1. Starting at the high point of your arch, use the center of the spoolie to brush brow hairs upward, in the direction of growth. Comb the front of your brow hairs in an upward motion.
2. Use the front of the spoolie to fill in any sparse areas and to comb the fibers into the tail of your brows following your natural tapered shape.
3. Dip and repeat on your other brow.
